Hello again! Another image coloring tutorial for you. This time we're enhancing the effect of red and blue in a picture. This tutorial will also help to enhance the blue color in somebody's eyes... if they have blue eyes of course ;) If you follow the tutorial carefully, here's some example of your final outcome: 1. Open your image. 2. Duplicate image. Set to screen. (Repeat this step depending
